Prince Cloud (prince.cloud) is operated by YesLogic Pty. Ltd. ("YesLogic", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
Service description
Prince Cloud provides a document conversion service that transforms HTML, Markdown, and XML documents into PDF using the Prince formatting engine. The service is accessed via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Circumvent rate limits or other usage restrictions
- Use the service to generate spam, malware, or deceptive content
Non-commercial use
This service is provided for non-commercial use under the Prince non-commercial license. The following conditions apply:
- PDF documents generated by Prince include notices that identify the software. You must not change or remove these notices, or assist or encourage third parties to do so.
- If you use this service to routinely generate documents, you must display a prominent link to www.princexml.com on the pages where the generated documents can be fetched, and in a prominent public page where business partners are listed.

Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit for conversion. We do not review, moderate, or endorse any content processed by the service.
Temporary file storage
Generated PDF files are stored on the server for up to 30 minutes to allow download. After this period they are automatically deleted. We do not retain copies of submitted content or generated PDFs beyond this window.
Rate limits
The service is rate-limited. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time. Requests that exceed the applicable limit will receive an HTTP 429 response.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YesLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
